Shipping/Processing Time
After your payment is authorized and verified the standard time on orders take 2-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) to process. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frame we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all required information. We do not take responsibility for lost misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information on provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Any lost package after tracking have been provided contact USPS.
Shipping within the USA may take approximately 5-10 business days orders placed out of the US may take approximately 7-14 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) You will receive a tracking number via email when shipped.

Return:
Currently due to Covid-19 no items can be exchange in order for everyone’s safetiness. Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Haus of Beauties E-Gift card. We do not provide prepaid shipping label for returns. You are responsible for covering shipping cost to return items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original state. Returns are processed within 4-7 business days after we have received your package. Refunds are returned to original form of payment on file.
